• Your name in the name field
• The name of the person requiring healing in the subject field
• The specific healing request if desired in the message field
  When completed click send. 

When your prayer request is received, it is added to a list and will remain on the list for thirty days. Resubmit your request with an update if needed after that time. The list is emailed to our prayer team, all of whom have signed a statement of confidentiality regarding your request.
